The nurse that was talking to us,in the er today,was rude unkind mean to my grandmother. Had n attitude with me n my mother n told us that we wasted our time i will never go bk their again
Service was okay. They would not let me refused treatment. Be vocal or you will get ignored.

Just saw that this hospital earned a FIVE STAR rating from patients, according to a national patient satisfaction survey conducted by the Federal Government. They are one of only four hospitals in South Carolina to earn a top score. Way to go!
Mornings at this hospital are the worst!! I had to dial in 3 Times, hung up on twice and wait at total of 17 minutes before I was able to get to someone about my grandmother. The nurs who answered the phone told me that she wasn't my grandmother's nurse and her nurse was busy. She took my name and number and hung up on me.
